Welcome to Threadline (threadline.witkid.in). By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and the Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for the details you give us and for activity on your account, so keep your phone secure and do not share OTPs.

2. Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We try to show colours and prints accurately, but screens differ, so a product may look slightly different from its photos.
• We may correct pricing or product errors, and we may update or withdraw products at any time. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and you may cancel it for a full refund.
• Stock is limited. An item is reserved for you only after your order is confirmed.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by showing an order number and, where available, by SMS or email. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, a price or product detail is wrong, we cannot deliver to your pincode, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount.

4. Payments

• Online payments (UPI, cards and netbanking) are processed securely by our payment gateway partner, PayU. We do not see or store your card number, CVV or banking passwords. Your payment is also subject to the terms of PayU and your bank.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pincodes and order values and may carry a handling fee, which is shown at checkout before you place the order. Please keep the exact amount ready.
• If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, the amount is reversed to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days. See the Refund Policy.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are covered in the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

6. Coupons and offers

Coupons, bundle deals and sale prices are valid only for the stated period and conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may cancel offers that are misused or applied in error.

7. Our content and intellectual property

The Threadline name, logo, designs, graphics, product photos and text are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. What you must not do

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass or defraud others.
• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems.
• Use bots or scrapers, or place orders to resell in bulk without our consent.
• Give false information or use someone else's payment method without their permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Disclaimer and limit of liability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, without affecting your rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
